Working time:5 days per week, 8 hours per day;

Annual salary:after one year service, add more than 500 yuan in view of the post and grade;

Training:3000 yuan training fee for each person annually.Special person in charge of personal career layout;

Insurance:social insurance and commercial insurance for all staffs;

Registered permanent residence assigned:after one year service, the staffs could own registered permanent residence in Shenzhen;

Physical test:the staffs have physical test one time every year;

Annual leave and home leave:after one year service, staffs can enjoy more than 5-day paid annual leave, and the home leave travel fare can be written off;

Maternity leave and attendance leave:female staff enjoy the state-regulated maternity leave and male staff enjoy one week of attendance leave;

Tourism and staff fellowship activity:each year Chitron organize two trips and other fellowship activities;

Staff clubs:the staff establish football, basketball, badminton, table tennis, swimming and body-building clubs voluntarily with the fund of the corporation;

Care for staff:the corporation offers welfare for birthday, wedding and funerals of the staff;

Care for relatives and friends of the staff:children of the staff can have birthday presents. If the relatives or friends of the staff are students, they can be introduced for internship in the corporation.
